This week, your therapist has a challenge for you: try something new, step out of your comfort zone, and explore what it truly means to become your greatest version.

Because you just might be surprised at what ends up feeling good… and feeling right. To help you stay focused, stay present, and stay on task, I’m taking full control of your desires. You’ll find yourself placed into hypnotic chastity for the next 24 hours, completely unable to touch yourself, and instead channeling all your energy into becoming the best version of yourself.
